Hiring my services

Good - we decided we want to work together. Now here are some ground rules we should both agree to before we start:
Be there on time. I will do the same.
Be open minded – I may suggest things you won’t like at first, and It’s alright to decide not to follow my advice, but I expect you to listen to the reason behind them before you do. I will do the same.
Be nice to whoever you are working with – clients, employees, suppliers, consultants, and whoever. I will do the same.
Come prepared – if I asked you to bring anything to the meeting, to work on something, or to implement something before we meet, please do so. I will do the same.
Be there - don’t cancel at the last minute, or at the last hour, or at any time that is less than 24 hours before our meeting unless in a case of emergency. You guessed right – I won’t either.
Be communicative – share as much as you can on what is going on in the business, what you wish for, what you fear. If you are not happy with anything I do, with the process, with things that are in or out of my control, please let me know the moment you notice. That’s right – I will do the same.
Be positive – not only is it depressing to work with someone who’s negative, it also lowers your chances of success. Be sure that I will do the same.
Be realistic - believe you can make amazing things happen, but don’t live in fantasy land. We will need your legs on the ground. Also – remember things don’t always work just the way you want them to. Be ready to be disappointed from time to time, but believe that in the long run, we will make it!
